- Hi,
- I've got some problems with my A1200 power supply (its not powerful
- enough to run the HD and RAM) and was wondering a couple of things:
-
- o Is it ok to use an A500 power brick (4.5A) instead of the A1200 brick (3A)?
- (Some people have said its ok and others have said it will fry the motherboard)
-
- o If it is ok then does anybody know where I can buy one in the UK (preferably one
- of the "light weight" ones that some people have)?
-
- Thanks for any help,
-
- Ken
